Batch Name mapping (optional)

Upload a ZIP of .TXT files (Image → Batch Name lookup) to populate the Batch Name column. Skip this if you don't need Batch Name.

• An Amount column is built from Member / Sponsor / Major Donor / Legacy Greenwing / Other Amount columns (multiple values are joined with | and logged).
• Blank Amount values default to 35.00.
• Header-like rows' Appeal Event / Event Date values are carried down to the rows below until the next header-like row, then that row itself is dropped (it does not appear in the output). A row counts as header-like if Type = "Header", or if it has an Appeal Event/Event Date but no First, Last, Zip, Address, City, State, Phone, Email, etc. at all.
• If a row has both member details (First/Middle/Last or Business Name/DOB) and spouse details (Spouse First/Last Name), it is split into a member row and a spouse row; the spouse row gets the spouse's name plus the shared address, with Email, Phone, and DOB left blank.
• Interested in Volunteering: a raw value of "1" is shown as "Yes".
• Organization is set to "TRUE" when First is blank but Last (or business name) has a value.
• Batch Name is looked up from the uploaded Batch ZIP by matching the Image value.
• Rows missing Last and/or Address are listed in a separate downloadable Missing Last/Address report.
• Name is taken directly from the input file's user_id column; if user_id is blank, Name is left blank.
• Output is reduced to exactly these columns, in this order: Process Name, Batch Name, LookupID, Amount, Event Date, Appeal Event, Organization, Last, First, Middle, Prefix, Suffix, DOB, Country, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, Image, Interested in Volunteering, Interested in Planned Giving, Name.
• Output files are always produced in CSV format.
